At Vishwanathan Inn, we recognize that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure our guests feel secure in their bookings, we offer a flexible cancellation and refund policy.

Individual Travelers:

Full refunds are provided for cancellations made 15 days prior to the booking date.
For cancellations within 7 days of the booking date, a 50% refund is issued.
No refunds or modifications are allowed for cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date.
Once checked in, no cancellations or amendments are permitted.

Group Bookings:

Full refunds are available for cancellations made 30 days prior to the booking date.
Cancellations made 15 days before the booking date qualify for a 50% refund.
No refunds or modifications are accepted for cancellations made within 15 days of the booking date.
After check-in, no cancellations or amendments are allowed.

Please note, complimentary rooms are not provided for group bookings with several room counts.

Marriage Bookings:

Cancellations, amendments, or refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.
100% cancellation charges apply.
